An 18th century English country manor on Maryland's scenic Eastern Shore. Common rooms include a fabulous country kitchen, a formal dining rom, a spacious living room, and a library adjoining a sun room. Step out into the walled garden or glide across the cove in a canoe.
Magnolia Suite. King size canopy four poster bed. Fireplace in the bedroom, Spacious bath with jacuzzi. Private dressing room, Large balcony. Picturesque water views from the entire suite. $395
Waterford Room. Queen size pencil post bed. Fireplace in the bedroom. Private bath. Oversized windows overlooking water from bedroom and bathroom. $250
Victoria Garden Room. Queen size wrought iron bed. Well appointed bath. Private garden entrance. Elevator, Waterviews from bedroom and bathroom. $250
Two bedrooms share a large area framed by a cathedral ceiling. Area includes a living room with fireplace, a dining room tucked in a bow window and a full kitchen.
Garden of Eden Room. King size canopy four poster bed. Fireplace in bedroom. Private bath with jacuzzi. Overlooks water and grounds. $395
Queen Ann Room. King size hand painted four poster French bed. Fireplace in bedroom. Large bath with jacuzzi. Waterviews. $395

Two story private cottage with French doors leading to a brick and ivy covered terrace. Queen size white and brass bed. Luxurious bath features a double sink and jacuzzi. Fireplace in living room. Full kitchen. Scenic waterviews from bedroom, living room and bathroom. $395

Rates include breakfast and use of all amenities but are exclusive of 5% Maryland Sales Tax and 3% Talbot County Room Tax.

Special week day rates may apply offseason (November to April).

Reservations may be made by telephone, mail, or on-line. A deposit for the first night's rate is required at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Two weeks prior - Full refund
8-13 days prior - Gift Certificate
7 days or less prior - No refund
When reserving 3 or more rooms, Cancellation must be made 5 weeks prior to recieve a full refund, 1-4 weeks prior to recieve a Gift Certificate and less than one week will recieve no refund.

If using Gift Certificate for this reservation, the same cancellation policy is in effect.

There are no telephones or televisions in our bedrooms. There is a no smoking policy within the Manor House and its dependencies. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.

Arrival time is 3:00p.m. and we request guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00a.m. on the day of departure.
